These include: Cleaning, Inspection, Repair, Maintenance, Fabrication and Construction.
We have over a decade’s experience in supporting multiple Clients in a wide range of Tanks & Vessel sizes. Our Cleaning and Inspection Teams are supported by our Repair Teams which offer on and offset Fabrication and repair services.

To meet the client’s requirement for reducing construction time and accelerating well production, we have pre-fabricated, welded, and tested the tie-in spools to the X-mas tree, as well as the control skid. These systems are equipped with high-sustainability instrumentation for accurate pressure and flow control.
The scope of work includes three main components:

1. Wellhead tubing/casing piping connection.
2. Installation of control skid and instrumentation.
3. Tie-in from the wellhead to the flowline.

BFCO constructs storage tanks in full compliance with API 650 standards, covering all stages from surveying and excavation to formwork, rebar installation, and foundation casting. Our scope also includes the fabrication and welding of the tank shell and floating roof, followed by grit blasting and painting.
We perform all required testing to ensure the integrity and safety of the tanks, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), vacuum testing, diesel static testing (DST), and leak testing.

They are designed to merge several risers into a single header, streamlining the flow process. Thrust Boring is a trenchless jacking and drilling method commonly used for road, railway, and structural crossings. It is a highly reliable and cost-effective technique suitable for a wide range of ground conditions—from hard rock to wet soil and sand.
The process involves the use of an auger with a cutting head mounted inside a steel casing, which is connected to the front of the thrust boring machine positioned in the entry pit. This method enables the precise and efficient installation of pipelines with minimal surface disruption, offering excellent accuracy and control.

BFCO has a team of highly skilled electrical and instrumentation professionals capable of executing the installation of I/O and PLC panels, flow meters, flow indicators, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, and junction boxes.
